1. How do I book a clean?

You can book a clean directly through our website here. by selecting the service you require, choosing a date and time, and completing the checkout process. Once payment is made, your booking is confirmed.


2. What areas do you cover?

We provide cleaning services across the whole of the UK.
Availability may vary depending on location, but we will always try to accommodate your booking.


3. What cleaning services do you offer?

We offer cleaning services for:

  • Residential Properties
  • Commercial Properties
  • Student Accommodation
  • End of Tenancy Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Regular Cleaning
  • One-Off Cleaning

4. Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?

Our cleaners bring cleaning products and equipment.
If a hoover is available on site, this is helpful but not required.


5. What if there is no parking at my property?

Please inform us when booking if there is no free parking available.
Any parking charges incurred may be added to the booking.


6. What happens if my property is very dirty?

Our standard prices are based on properties in normal living condition.

Upon arrival, our cleaners will carry out a quick assessment of the property. If any areas require significantly more time or attention than expected, this will be documented with photos or video for transparency.

If additional time is required to complete the clean to our standard, we will contact you to request approval before continuing. This will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

If approval is not given, the clean will be completed within the original booking time.


7. Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking may not be accepted.


8. Can I cancel my booking?

All bookings are non-refundable.


If you need to change your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled clean to reschedule.


9. Do I need to be at the property during the clean?

No, you do not need to be present as long as our cleaners can access the property.


10. What is included in a clean?

Cleaning typically includes:

  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Cleaning bathrooms
  • Cleaning kitchen surfaces
  • Mirrors
  • Wiping surfaces
  • Emptying bins

Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans include more detailed cleaning such as inside appliances, skirting boards, and heavy build-up removal.


11. What happens if cleaners cannot access the property?

If our cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a missed appointment and will not be refundable.

Please ensure access is arranged before the clean.


12. What if I am not happy with the clean?

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will review the issue and arrange a re-clean where appropriate.
