Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

Unicleaners provides professional cleaning services for commercial and residential properties all over the UK. By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


2. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website booking system.

Customers must provide:

  • Full address
  • Contact details
  • Service required
  • Number of hours (if hourly cleaning)
  • Parking availability
  • Access to hoover (if available)

Unicleaners reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.


3. Pricing

Our current service prices include:

·         Hourly Cleaning

  • Studio Clean (Student accommodation service)
  • Ensuite Clean (Student accommodation service)
  • Kitchen Clean (Student accommodation service)

Prices are displayed at checkout and include labour costs.

A £7 fuel/travel fee will be added to each booking at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.


4. Parking

Customers must inform us if parking is available at the property.

If no parking is available and paid parking is required, the parking cost will need to be paid via payment link/card reader before services begin.

If our cleaners cannot park within reasonable distance, the booking may be cancelled with no refund.


5. Access to Property

Customers must ensure cleaners can access the property at the booked time.

If cleaners cannot gain access within maximum 15 minutes of booking:

  • The booking will be cancelled with no refund

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking with at least 48 hours notice.

If less than 48 hours notice is given:

  • Will not be refunded

7. Condition of Property

Cleaning services do not include:

  • Removal of excessive rubbish
  • Biohazard waste
  • Pest infestations
  • Heavy lifting
  • Exterior cleaning unless agreed

If the property is in significantly worse condition than expected, additional charges may apply and will need to be paid before service begins.


8. Damage & Liability

Unicleaners will take all reasonable care while cleaning your property.

Unicleaners is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Items not securely fixed
  • Loss of cash or valuables left at the property

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean where appropriate.


10. Payments

Payment must be made before booking through the website.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.


11. Changes to Terms

Unicleaners reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
